Quick Summary

The `import handler` script allows administrators to bulk-upload clients, jobs, and custom field data while enforcing database constraints.

Executing a Bulk Import

To prevent data corruption, imports are processed sequentially and validate against existing unique keys.

  1. Navigate to Platform > Import Data.
  2. Download the provided CSV template for the target module (e.g., Clients).
  3. Populate the CSV. Do not modify the header row.
  4. Upload the file. The system will map columns and flag any validation errors (e.g., missing required fields, invalid emails) before executing the insert.
